Alma Turbocompt Turbine Flow Meter

Designed for loading petroleum products into tank-trucks or tank railcars at a rate of 80 or 150m³/h.

The Turbocompt comprises:

  • Adriane turbine meter sizing 3” or 4”

  • Automatic loading valve

Alma Gravicompt

The Gravicompt On-Board Gravity Metering Unit for semi-trailers and rigid trucks is the industrial solution for gravity measurement at gas stations. It is the answer for today's petroleum marketing, in accordance with API bottom loading and vapour recovery regulations.

The Alma Gravicompt measurement set can be installed in many hydraulic and electronic configurations:

  • By compartment, single or dual:
    - the turbine is directly bolted to the API valve, as part of the API Bottom Loading - Unloading 4’’ piping
  • Mixed:
    - a tank can be equipped with the two kinds of Gravicompt. For example, a manifold on the central (3 to 5) compartments, and direct by compartment for the other compartments
  • With pneumatic manifold 1 or 2 manifold by truck:
    - the Gravicompt turbine is fitted at the exit of a pneumatic manifold; 2 independent manifolds can be mounted on the tank

The Heliflu™ TZN flow meter is designed for high accuracy measurement of liquids from very light LPG products to heavy crude oils.

With its patented Heliflu™ TZN CUS design of rotor & specific bearing, the effects of difficult liquids such as DRA, wax, fibres, chalk, etc. are minimized ensuring peace of mind that the product will continue to flow.

Due to its helical technology, the Heliflu™ TZN flow meter can easily be used as a master meter showing a high level of repeatability of <0.04% over 5 runs to achieve and overall uncertainty of ±<0.027% as required by API for master meter applications.

The FH8400 Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a 3-Beam Meter dedicated to the custody transfer measurement of low and medium viscosity products.

The FH8400 functioning principle is based on transit time’s measurement of ultrasonic pulses. Basically, this method measures the difference in propagation time between ultrasonic pulses transmitted along and against the flow between Transducer A on one side of the pipe and Transducer and B on the other side.

The FH8500 Ultrasonic Flow Meter is an 18-Beam meter dedicated to the custody transfer measurement of low, medium and high viscosity products.

The FH8500 is the only 18-path ultrasonic flow meter specifically designed for custody transfer measurements of fluids such as crude or refined products.

It is equipped with 12 ultrasonic transducers divided into two sets (6 transducers per set). Each transducer is composed of 3 ultrasonic elements alternatively transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic wave in 3 directions, thus 18-Beams.
