Faure Herman designs and manufactures high-precision helical turbine and ultrasonic flow meters for liquid measurement in the petroleum, petrochemical and aerospace industries.

The Heliflu™ TLM flow meter is designed for high accuracy measurement of low to medium viscosity liquids and refined products.

Meter installations and custody transfer operations are improved by the unique weight and space saving design which includes integrated flow conditioning.

The Heliflu™ TLM is fitted with a removable measuring cartridge and includes an integrated flow conditioner that allows installation without any upstream and downstream pipe runs.

The Heliflu™ TZN flow meter is designed for high accuracy measurement of liquids from very light LPG products to heavy crude oils.

With its patented Heliflu™ TZN CUS design of rotor & specific bearing, the effects of difficult liquids such as DRA, wax, fibres, chalk, etc. are minimized ensuring peace of mind that the product will continue to flow.

Due to its helical technology, the Heliflu™ TZN flow meter can easily be used as a master meter showing a high level of repeatability of <0.04% over 5 runs to achieve and overall uncertainty of ±<0.027% as required by API for master meter applications.

The FH8400 Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a 3-Beam Meter dedicated to the custody transfer measurement of low and medium viscosity products.

The FH8400 functioning principle is based on transit time’s measurement of ultrasonic pulses. Basically, this method measures the difference in propagation time between ultrasonic pulses transmitted along and against the flow between Transducer A on one side of the pipe and Transducer and B on the other side.

The FH8500 Ultrasonic Flow Meter is an 18-Beam meter dedicated to the custody transfer measurement of low, medium and high viscosity products.

The FH8500 is the only 18-path ultrasonic flow meter specifically designed for custody transfer measurements of fluids such as crude or refined products.

It is equipped with 12 ultrasonic transducers divided into two sets (6 transducers per set). Each transducer is composed of 3 ultrasonic elements alternatively transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic wave in 3 directions, thus 18-Beams.
